I called today and got through the first time. I was calling to ask the following questions, was told to call back in an hour to speak to the manager, he was at lunch. 1. How are my winnings guaranteed, and what is the affiliation you have with the Dominican Govt.? 2. Will the service be automated, and how many languages will be spoken, which ones? Anyone think of any other reasonable questions they might be able to answer? I will also ask for any information to be mailed to me.
