I'm buying a little of what you're selling, Spec. I got filled at 13 7/8. It's not that I've become a CD bull, but after all, the whole market is getting beat up. I'll sell if it gets back to the high teens, unless by that time the fundamental picture is both clearer and stronger.

CD hotel biz - Tough to find comparables - the industry is loaded with casino's debt laden zombies that don't look at all like CD's properties. Also CD is more franchisor than owner of lot's of bricks & mortar so, while there's probably exposure to revenue stream, they're probably not leveraged to the teeth in that exposure [This is speculation on my part and confirmation or refutation would be welcomed]
I found RRI & LQ that might be similar to CD's properties and they're trading at PE's of 19 & 15 respectively - down from peaks but not slaughtered.
