Dorothy, I believe some clarification is in order here.

THIS IS THE EXCERPT FROM THE DATA NEWS ARTICLE THAT RANDY WAS REPLYING TO:

Once this issue is resolved, there is no looking back for this company, as
>they have a number of deals, bundling agreements and positive media
>attention coming. Further to this, one or two financings are not far off.

THIS IS RANDY'S ANSWER TO THAT DATA NEWS STATEMENT:

We have a duty to our shareholders and the industry. We can wait for the 1,488,000 escrow shares. They aren't going anywhere. Imagine letting him go to get these shares. Shareholders could accuse us of selling out the company for our own benefit. Where will these 1,488,000 escrow shares go when the co-founders get them from the exchange and the transfer agent.
They have been allocated to others within the company as an incentive
which benefits all shareholders. The co-founders (five of us including myself) have allocated 100% to other employees and not one of them will go to us. We are not asking for a return on these shares from these employees since we believe in this company and feel that these shares will help to reach our target price within the next 14 to 18 months. What is that? Let's just say that we picked a target and all numbers I have seen so far are low.
We have our own goals and plans.

Randy Mac, please clarify what you meant by (all numbers I have seen so far are low)!! Were you referring to the price predictions by Data New Group?

Of course THW has no control over anything written by someone else but for the CEO to basically give an endorsement to this group or whatever they are is astounding. What would the reaction be if Randy showed up here all the sudden, just at a time of weakness for the share price, and made a prediction that THW would be over $15 in 12 to 18 months? THAT IS BASICALLY WHAT HE HAS DONE! I don't think making pie in the sky predictions is the role for a CEO to play on this thread.

I don't believe anything from this letter would help THW in ANY market, in fact it can only hurt confidence from prospective investors. I would like to hear anyones opinion on why Data NEws is covering THW. I only know of two kinds of newsletters. 1) those that receive a fee from subscribers or 2) those that are paid by the companies covered. Some send out free bits in an effort to get paying subscribers. Data News Group is apparently none of these. Are they really doing this for the benefit of anyone willing to send them an email adress? When looked at in the context of their other picks, it would appear their purpose is to drum up interest for large amounts of stock to be dumped into. Certainly their writing style will never do anything but hurt THW's image.

Does anyone know the nature of the post at Bobz that prompted the investor to ask Randy to post there was? I have never seen anything there that would be cause for concern nor much that would be taken seriously. I don't mind at all having the company post publicly but this start has me leery
