I do not think you will even see an investigation started based on circumstantial evidence in a case such as this. I agree with every word in your first paragraph with the exception of allegedly. I think the statements from the 10k'S 10q'S etc. are very clear. The press releases were meant to mislead. These are black and white issues for which I beleive we will see prosecution. I think the advantage that the "shorters" have is that they are not required to make public filings so they can go about their business in private. I think that is one reason that you do not see shorters prosecuted for breaking rules. I didn't say this was right I just say tis is the way it is. I also do not think that anything that comes out of RMIL is likely to change this.
