Hey Doc, Are you trying to get this issue at a cheaper price? DRIV hasn't even opened yet. With the companies DRIV has in their stables, why wouldn't you see TSQD @ 5? Do you think that DRIV will stay @ this price forever?

That only applies for the short term IPO play. Long term, 6 months+, TSQD stands a very good chance of going to $10 if DRIV takes off.

If less shares of DRIV were sold the .3 factor should be a bit higher.
Since the ownership in DRIV is indirect, it probably will be valued at a discount as in a fund.
