Hi Mike. I agree. I was not saying that it is impossible to duplicate placer deposit grabs. The point was that out of "all" verification processes on different gold types.....placer is the hardest to duplicate. That obviously means that the values will not be consistent between samples, but that also could mean that sample "y" maybe a higher value than "x". Consistency is not something you find in placer, other than in pooling areas, or "surface"! As soon as you add depth to the grab, placer can become "fuzzy"!
