Too many "what if's".....The bottom line here, Jack is an oil man not a con man. When he said the value was $200 million he was thinking in terms of extracting the natural resources. Based upon his experience. This may well have been an inappropriate method of listing the value, in the mind of regulators etc. However, in order to have committed fraud, that requires an evil state of mind an "intent" to commit fraud. That hasn't been shown to exist, as far as I am concerned.
