bkg: AMZN is a S/MMs move to squeeze shorts and to suck in longs, before the plunge.

PS: Great place to short if you can get the shares.

EDIT: I do not call bottoms or tops, but I would not bet against the Dow Ind going to 8200 area.

bkg, not to suggest anything underhanded on the part of certain large i-banks, but AMZN and YHOO both rallied off their lows in late morning around the time that doubts were reported about whether GCTY's IPO would actually go off today. Now that it's started trading, the others are beginning to drift lower again.

Considering the rallies both of these stocks had in the last ten minutes yesterday, just before GCTY was to be priced, I submit that there was an active effort to support the leading internuts to allow at least the biggest of this weeks heavy internut IPO schedule to get done.

Anyone care to disagree? If I am right, the support should disappear.
