I know the .05/.35 is not actually numbers,. . . So you'll just throw it out any way and talk about it, "what if" like. As long as you are "what iffing", with the on-going suits there could well be some more twists in the road ahead. The only thing that remains constant seems to be that MTEI is a company without many financial resources and a stock that is not trading. Their rumored bond issue seems stalled as well. Ultimately I think the disclosure of land valuations is going to affect the price the most.
