Re whether LU will acquire ASND, I agree with the consensus that LU is very interested in doing so. However, I disagree with the consensus that LU will attempt to do so immediately after Oct 1 (unless by chance ASNDs shares are in the tank with the rest of the market then). Since LU has waited this long, it's likely that they will wait a while longer after October in the hope that ASNDs shares will move down if a deal is not announced soon after Oct 1. stilts
