Why ICVI ?
or
Motivation

Which brings us back to a point before any of the developments affecting the stock came to light.
Jack Uselton has strong connections to the brokerage industry.
Why did Usleton decide on ICVI ?
Land parcels are being purchased, using shareholders money, on an ongoing basis, apparently, they are purchasing more and more land.
If MTEI fails, it will be nice to know that many people with parcels of land found a willing buyer.

I don't believe any of the previous wrongdoings by the old management have resulted in anything happening to them, why should Jack go anywhere, he will just ride it out and buy properties until the money is all gone.

How high did the shares reach on the land value assessment that is now being questioned. If, as they say, the assets will be booked at cost, where did the $2.85 figure come from, Dreamland, who tossed that number out.

It is all pertinent. Wake up people.

Where are the accountants on this thread?

Seems to me Somebody received 50MM shares for $200MM
worth of property; ergo MTEI cost (book) is $200MM. As for
Real value, we shall see. That is what the Dunn reports are
for. If the real value is short I would assume an adjustment
in the property tendered or in the number of shares transferred.
