You're right, but a lot of folks here have bought into their own delusions and imaginative creations. I think they'll find it easier to lose cash (which I'm afraid they'll rationalize by thinking of it as only a "paper loss") rather than sell and admit to being wrong. This, unfortunately , is standard behavior with unsophisticated players.

I have spoken to individuals involved in the private placement of DRIV and they are concerned with the responses coming from Digital River regarding the potential long term delay of the offering. I have cut my loses now due primarily to the simple valuation models that give fair value of $2.50 or less. In addition, any valuation that gives TSQD a value of $1.00 without DRIV should take a second look. This company is worthless alone. There is the potential DRIV goes back to the Venture folks for immediate cash which would further reduce TSQD's holding when and if they do go public.
