How much better (i.e., higher) would the market have to be before you are satisfied that the situation is OK?>> No, I'm not proposing that any action be based on the level of the DOW, or any other index. I am saying that maybe staying on the sideline until Japan takes some definitive actions, that the market's favor, may be the wise thing to do. My comment is not based on market timing as much as it is on the situation's economics.
