DD - It seems that almost every time I read of a company that has landed a deal with a former soviet bloc company has initially came out with Rosy projections etc. And almost invariably they run into major problems and setbacks. I know there are some good stories but the bad ones far outweigh the good ones.

There are opportunities but there needs to be a lot of work to set up a standard by which to do business there. Siberia and some of those seas do have enormous potential.

I don't doubt it but if there's no mechanism to assure title no development will occur by private capital unless it's at the extreme end of the risk spectrum. Sort of like the VSE which is why the success rate is so low.
