PNLK float update : of the 14mil nonrestricted shares (as of Aug. 01)
ONLY 1 mil. was added to the float. Float now is about 8.8 Mil.
Very good news in my opinion as some folks were worried about 14 Mil.
sh. hitting the market.

-While the DOW is down 200 nasdaq down 55 PNLK is UNCH !

-Geocities IPO @ 17 open up 15 @ 32, not bad on a day like today.

-BTW the float info. is from PNLK after they verified it with their
transfer agent, at the moment no filling for additional sells.

*NONE OF JPC AND/OR Fam. HAVE BEEN or ARE GOING TO BE SOLD they
are and going to stay restricted as previously advertised.
