Wow! FGII down 2 3/8 (13%) today. INCA is just sitting on the ask. Some retail buying now at the 15 1/2 level but they are just unloading at this price. I am nibbling at this level, as I feel FGII is oversold at this level and should be due for a small bounce back. Big Dog, is there any news out about FGII to cause this? Bottom line for me is, that the institutions are still selling at this level not buying. I am watching closely as the bottom is not too far away for many of these bashed up stocks. Mark
