Hi Chris - this is what I've heard:

I've said this before - but I'll repeat again - from what I've heard and been told.

The next level of support for NIR is expected to be around $5+ post-News. Since the last News we have held very nicely at $2+ - now that number is expected to be holding 'very nicely' at $5+.

The expectd run up in price is expected to be 50% over the next anticipated level of support - so the 'thinking' is that NIR will run up to at least $7.50 before profit taking leads to retracement back down to the $5+. However, given that there is a broader investor involvement in NIR - and that NIR is so much better known now than back in April - and as the News is anticipated to contain fundamentals - which is what the institutions have told Napier they want to read - then if we run up to $10+ - it would not be at all surprising. If there is a solid rebound by the NYSE/Nasadq/TSE - then we could go well above $10+ before retracement.

IMHO,

David :-)

Just like the last time, news after the close. And open in the morning

Chris I think Xray covered his position, at least he's man enough to continue the conversation with us even in the bad times. I was going to point out earlier that I saw shorts on sale at Walmart for all those naysayers who soiled theirs.

Good timing as the wash today will create a positive buzz tomorrow

OT
Man Im glad my biggest bank position is National very very low exposure to Asia and the yield now almost matches the interest you get by putting it in the bank.

Hey Gino you was smart to pick BNS I have a bit but it has the strongest support.

My guess on closing prices for
Wed 4.25

Thur 4.85

Fri 5.25

Not as high as others but this would be real nice
