My definition of a "stink" bid is one put in well below market looking for a big sell off and catch a ragain on a spike and I do it all the time. I infer that your definition is one of non-real bids. These changed and appeared to be real. This has already traded over a million shares so if they wre my definition stinks they got filled. This action on CYP is suspicious - It was always the top volume mover of the SVB play and the last month has been really slow. I am being optimistic - I think it is a flush to get insiders in.
