But you are assuming this is a one shot deal. There will be more than one press release in the near future. The financing news will only signal that they are alive and viable. I am also looking forward to the start of sales/hiring of a sales force at Las Vegas, corporate sales reports (which are going on as I write), start of sales/hiring of a sales force at Palm Springs, start of sales at Hawaii, monthly revenue reports, etc. all in the next few months. For you to make such judgments on the basis of the potential of one press release doesn't make much sense and seems careless. Further, why do you keep bringing up the reverse split? You know the CEO said he has no plans for one and he wouldn't even consider it until a year or two down the road? So why do you keep bringing this up? Also, reverse splits are BAD, so why do you make it seem like it will be a good thing (i.e, it won't be dead anymore)? A reverse split will drive this one into the ground. Have you forgotten that a very large portion of the stock (70%) is held by insiders or those close to them. When they increased the authorized and issued those shares, where do you think they went? Into the open market? NO. They raised the capital by selling them to those who already held. Again, if this is such a bad play, why are you in it? Do you even hold a position? Explain yourself.
