Tony - The basis of humor is misunderstanding - thanks for the chuckle. I agree that some customers get upset when vendors force technology spins on them, but CPQ has been pretty good about supporting older customer base. They still ship systems with Win3.11 to some government and educational customers, for example, using the same HW those folks were buying 4 years ago. But the volumes of that business are pretty small. As far as an electrical engineer having a sense of humor, I took several courses in understanding jokes, and have been taking refresher courses on a regular basis, sometimes I even understand the jokes my kids tell...
