As far as refills go (and stop me if you have heard this before), when a patient gets an Rx he also gets refill orders with that, if it is a drug he/she needs to take for an extended period of time (as opposed to an antibiotic which you might get 28 pills to take 4 times daily for seven days). I was on an antacid (work is aging me) and I got one refill order with every perscription. When I used that refill, I had to get another Rx. I believe the new Rx would be counted as a "new Rx" as opposed to a refill. I guess my point is, many of the people who are actually refills in the sense they have used the drug before, actually get counted as new Rx's. The doctors could certainly clarify that for me. If this has already been discussed, I apologize for the repeat post, I couldn't remember.

Long and losing, but loving it,
Colby
