Your reasonable estimate assumes of course that the stock is going to open between .45 and 1.00. As of right now the last trades in the stock are .18 and a reported possible bid is .05. Hence my use of that range.

Personally I see no basis whatsoever to think that the shares will fetch that much at the open. But the valuations are not in yet, so we will have to wait and see.
