To All: (ON CNN) John Manley of Salomon Smith Barney said average stock on NYSE is down approx 30%. He said the index stocks are holding up market...only down approx 10%. He believes correction is established and bonds are stocks best friend. He indicated an interest rate cut is needed. SEA is still a wild card. Hhhhmmm, where do these guys learn all this stuff!
