Sales to Sony for the playstation will be way less than 10% when the Symbios revenue is considered. What I can't figure is why is everyone so concerned about how much as a % playstation is decreasing for LSI. Its like an irrelevant statistic. If Playstation unit sales are up then why not surmize that LSI has gained revenues elsewhere which serve to lessen Sony's %. And that is good.

My guess is neither Sony nor Nintendo expected the huge price elasticity. Right now they should be banging on their suppliers' doors to bring their inventory back up as well as going back to their drawing boards to re-do their X'mas sales strategy. Look for sony to go back to go back up to >10% in Q4.

And here's the rub on LSI - their are so diversified that although not one sector slow down and bring them down, not one sector pick up can pull the whole company up. Guess we just have to settle for slow steady growth and 10% net margins until the whole industry recovers. But of course if they can find another two Symbios .....
