Doesn't the last price cash mean the cash equilivant of the last price that was paid for the land?

If so, then it would be the cash price of the shares valuations at the time of the last trade (and trade meaning the last transfer of land title, not trade as in stock shares). Shares are frequently used as a cash trading method...

As for the current price, its the risk that the land holders took by taking stock for their land rather than cash...
