To follow up my last post, Skinner has returned to the US with the main programmer, Chuck. Chuck never had any medical problems or anything like that. I hope we all have learned something about some new posters(we have not seen the last of these types). The system is up and running through the beta testing phase with the corresponding banks. All languages are entered and there are no foreseeable delays in being able to begin taking wagers this month. The sooner no bugs are found, the sooner we begin. It really is that simple. Of course, the banks will be putting the system through the ringer to be sure it is worthy. TISS-related sites and Interbet are going to be active whenever this process is complete, which as I said before could be anytime now. Skinner is going to be in the US for some time I understand. His goal will be marketing more, and of course, being available for Europe, but Skinner Sr. is more than capable of handling affairs over there. This is great news. Now his efforts will be more of educating those on the street, grabbing more attention, and getting even more companies interested in using the system(you'll see later that he has many in his circle of influence already). I think Skinner deserves some support, for he has been working hard to get this thing going for us. I will end this post with an e-mail I received from him today-it contains some good information. I am pleased with the stock movement. We are still a penny, but a 60% rise in a couple trading sessions with the market as a whole reeling tells me that many consider this play undervalued. You know I do. With only the current deals to consider and incredible profit margins to be realized, a 12-month realistic target price could be set at $20. Any pop in price will have to be weighted against this IMHO, and acted upon accordingly, but the longer term potential certainly justifies making a bet in this company. Anyway, here is that e-mail: Subject: Re: IGC Date: Tue, 11 Aug 1998 13:37:05 -0400 From: "David C. Skinner, Jr." <dskinner@winr.net> To: Miller Dear Miller, I realize it has been a long time since I have responded to your emails but I have been extremely busy with the start up operations. In reference to Commerze Bank in Germany, they are currently the only Bank in Europe that is conducting SET testing. All other banks have dropped this form of sending and processing info on the internet. They are currently only testing in Germany. WINR is using Commerze Bank to process all debit card funds. Our software is only being utilized for our use. The bank has their own software which provides functions for their clients. Commerze Bank is the only bank in Europe that is going to be using the SET technology and that is why we have established our banking relationship with them. They are far ahead of the competition concerning the internet and internet commerce. WINR also has a contract with Access World Inc. who represents our company and sells licenses to Casino Operators throughout the world. This company is a member of the IGC and they meet with operators who are in business now and are going into business in the future. We are in contact with over 50 operators presently, which represents 40% of the total market, and are meeting more every week. We attend meetings all over the world in connection with the internet and internet gaming. Remember we are looking at the global market place not just the US. If the US makes internet gaming illegal it does not hurt our company. Organizations such as the IGC are mainly concerned with the US market ,and we have our company being represented there by Access World, but we are concerned with the Global market. Regards, David C. Skinner, Jr.
