Louie,

You are correct that options are not traded on ANCR. What I was
referring to were employee stock options that are very common in
many companies today. Normally these employee stock options are
similiar to exchange traded call options in that the employee can
buy the stock at a specified price and the employee will benefit
if the current stock price is above the option specified price.
This is the only case I have heard of where some of the employee
stock options were constructed like exchange traded put options,
ie the employee benefits if the stock price goes down.
