Thanks for the message about AWLT.

Maybe you guys can check out the SI moniker Gidget (gables@world net.at.com). He called me several times last year and claimed that he and his partner had bought 1 million shares of AWLT from the company in a private deal and the shares were shipped to their (Gidget) brokerage account in Canada (Gidget) lives in New Jersey. Gidget then tried to put me in direct contact with the CEO and President at the time after I started posting on SI about AWLT and how the stock action and company story sounded good. Also in the telephone conversations, Gidget claimed that he also knew of Dempsey Mork (Admitted OTC short seller) in CA, and how he operates and shorts OTC stocks into terminal shorts. I refused to make this type of possible illegal (I believe that Gidget may have been trying to get me to pump and hype AWLT for his and others gain) contact with insiders and began to smell a possible scam and or shareholder fraud being committed by AWLT insiders or people closely related to their operations. I sold my shares for a loss or break even and moved on. I have continued to monitor AWLT.

Later, when I asked AWLT company representative on SI about the private placement that Gidget had claimed. The AWLT rep. said it was false, and they had no idea what I was taking about, nor ever heard of Gidget. This was the warning bells for me. I am trying to find those messages on SI.

PS. Gidget claimed to be some sort of Investment Banker living in New Jersey.
