Jim,

Why on earth will it be a death blow to MU? It goes after the server market and the memory will be very expensive. Also Mu is licensed for RMBS as well as working on DLDRAM, ( works as fast but probably less expensive). Now of course INTL is pushing RMBS so for small markets they have the muscle to squeeze a square peg in a round hole, but the jury is still out on that memory. By 1Q99 we should know more...maybe.

Samsung is probably only building pilot, the chip set wont be ready till April if Intel doesnt slip and they always slip a month or two.
So, thats Q299. Everyone needs parts to test with and debug systems before that, so this article is a great opportunity for them to toot the horn. I sold my bnqhk calls today, wish I had more to sell.
The .23um is the die requires parity plus analog circuitry so its bigger and needs to use the smallest design rules to start off with the least premium over pc100 cost.
Good trading.
