Roger, Today was indeed a good day for most shorts but don't pop the champagne just yet because there is more to come. This is just the beginning, especially in tech stocks. Hank

Dear Mr. Roger and ALL : ref. INCL I am heart broken for you and all those who lost. I did not lose on this dog, still. I covered at 5 5/8 while my shorting price was 5 3/4 If you have lost a lot of $, then I am really sorry. I hope I can make it up to you in any other way. I MEAN THIS!!!! Although I have covered, I am not convinced that this deal will eventually go through. Look at UNH & Humana merger. They have just announced that the deal is OFF, the reasons I covered today were: 1) Take profit NOW while still ahead. You never know what happens tomorrow. 2) I was hoping that it would go back up to $5 7/8-$6, where I was thinking to short few shares( just a few) in case the deal back-fires within few days. We have to remember that it was fairly easy today to cover at 5 5/8, WHY ? But most important to me is my standing with this thread & you Mr. Babb. I was very sincere in presentation, you and many others looked at it and reassured me that I was right on this dog, I was so comfortable with it, I refused to cover at 4 3/4 on last Wednesday ( almost w hole pt profit). I never meant to present a bad short & I apologize to all !!! Good Luck :)
