Thanks for the heads up on this special situtation. The real deal is a piece of this pie for under $1.50. Are you related to Zorro?

<<Mr Beeks has indicated to me that most of the executives anyway
have closed out their option positions between 1 1/4 and 1 3/8
over the last week or so.>>
Arthur, Beeks is full of it. This price is down because there has been NO news, there is No current market, the Tech is in question, the burn rate is to high, etc.. To suggest that a CEO and a Company let an error in the signing agreement pass is ridiculous. Companies negotiate option prices, for the little guys they offer something like the best price after the first 30 days of signing. This is negotiable for the wise. NO ONE is going to sign with your ridiculous proposition of Puts, on a stock that doesn't even trade options. Companies offer options with a strike price, set in advance. I suggest that you call Steve Synder(sP) and report back to us about the deal that Beeks'(you) are talking about. This is pure BS. ANCR is down simply because they have not offered anything that the OEMs are interested in. Period!!
