Larry, Glad to hear about your positive experience. I had a similar positive experience when they replaced my monitor - no charge - even though the warranty had expired. Their support service has also been excellent (and free) when I had software problems. After watching the stock for sometime I purchased in the 13's, I should have bought in the 9's, but I am not unhappy! They have to do a better job of executing their business plan, a la Gateway, need to move up several notches on the volume side if they are going grow and prosper. archcc

Although I am not in Micron Elect right now ( or any other long with the market the way it is) Management is new now and improving fast. Note the old loser CEO is gone and the ex-DELL exec is now running the show. There is new inventory control measures and the turn time has already been slashed. When the water gets safe to get back in, I will stop daytrading and one of the first longs I plan on getting is MUEI. They have always had the product and customer relations, now they should be getting their other problems out of the way soon.
