Naw, they're all held up at some airport in Hong Kong, where they were packaged.

Either that or Intel let Yousef too close to one of their machines and he fell in, gumming up the works considerably. Come to think of it, we haven't heard from Yousef in a while. <gg>

I suspect subsurface silicon lice. They had an infestation in the Irish Fab and it may have spread even as they try to keep a lid on it.
There whole system is a monoculture and is especially susceptable to that kind of thing.
