This may be the elaboration you wish, in context it is much more benign then the selected slice courtesy of Mr. tonto, Please recall AZNT is retiring it's common stock in leiu of preferred stock;

Mr. Rob,
Troubles affecting the embassy are delaying the court's ruling from what I am hearing. Recall Wellrich and their falling-out with AZNT, it is relevant to today's trading.
In my humble opinion, AZNT should be heading north sometime very soon.
Some strong buying today. I am very encouraged.
