I believe Marshall-Hyman was the General Contractor (GC) on the IBM semiconductor job...I thought that had been settled, though I guess it left M-H with a bad opinion of TAVA - they kept TAVA off the bid list on a couple recent projects...

To be honest, not a big deal, as it happens all the time in project businesses...nothing unique to TAVA.

Dear Steve and Rick: Yes, thats the one. Believe it was around 3 1/2 million apparently fully reserved. Was going to court, hope they got some kind of recovery. JDN
