i think that questioned has been answered jeff:

OK Jeff you want an answer, you got it.

Here goes, I don't know who Fenlon is, but he is not that important
because I don't see him in the management profile.

The following from the Raging Bull Thread should help with the
other part of your question.

>>As for the 144, this happens all the time. This only gives them
the
right to sell. So, if some good PRs come out and this stock runs to
.25, they can sell. I doubt they would sell now at this low of a
price, unless they really need the spending money. BTW, 150,000
shares of a 6 cent stock is not that much. I don't think "loads of
shares" would be an adequate description. .06 x 150,000 = $9000.
That's nothing for an insider."

SO WHAT IS .06 TIMES 150,000....NOT THAT MUCH...geez
get off this insider selling already.

You do realize that 150,000 for a 6 cent stock is hardly anything.
Plus why would insiders sell now? The price was as high as 30
cents back in late April, yet insiders sell now...YEAH RIGHT.
Tell me why they wouldn't have sold earlier?>>>

Happy, good. BYE. It's obvious you're not a big fan of CTMR, so
MOVE ON TO ONE YOU DO LIKE!!

heres 2 posts from raging bull on that subject:

I saw that 144. Didn't you read my reply. One for 150,000 and one for for 16,750.
remember when I did the math for you. Well I'll post it again since you missed it the
first time.

From post 6:

The recent volume is due to more attention from investors. You'll notice that all 3 SI
threads were created on July 16. Also I know of at least one Investment group that
has started buying recently (being a member). Wouldn't that explain the higher
volume??? And I know for a fact that a lot of buying came in last week (a friend has
Level II) and the price still dropped. There is more buying than selling right now, and
that is very understandable, since a lot of investors are just finding out about this
stock.

Please come up with a better response and try to use complete sentences this time.
And could you read my whole post before you respond. I keep having to answer the
same questions twice. Pay attention. Why are you anyway? You raised some
concerns and I answered them, but you're still here. Why? If you don't like this stock
don't post here. Why would you post to a board when you know you are not going to
buy the stock?

If you want to bash, go to CECN. The guy who is promoing this guy can only tell you
a rumor and says that he bought more stock.

BTW, since your replies are so short and lame maybe this sight will help you to come
up with better responses.

BTW. I know some of this is the same. I cut and pasted from those 2 raging bull messages in my first reply to jeff. Jeff move on already. Its obvious you don't like this stock, so MOVE ON!!!!!!

He had only 150000 share to sell so he must have finished selling them.
