This is what talk of a bond offering does to a stock. Even after GTIS
withdrew the plan the stock continues to hobble near its 52-week low.
EIDOS should not make the same mistake in this environment when high
yield bond spreads are widening on expectations of an economic slow-
down.

P.S. Any idea why EIDOS (unlike other foreign companies in the sector
such as RADAF) don't file electronically with the SEC? The most recent
filings on EDGAR are from early this year. Will others e-mail the co.
or call Brainer Communications in Manhattan to prompt EIDOS to file
electronically. It's standard procedure and while the company is not
required to do so it adds to transparency. That way everyone can have
the 10K or the equivalent when it's filed. Any feedback on this would
be of great help.
