I am sure those that are in this know the specifics better but just from memory. The old vice from DELL was hired as COO in March this year, when he started showing he could turn the company around, the old CEO "retired" and he took over. He has since brought in the ex-head of inventory control from CPQ, (amazing CPQ had inventory problems after he left) and he also brought in a team from his old job.

This old job was an Apple computer clone producer that started hurting Apple so bad they had to buy him out because he was killing their business.

Since joining Micron (MUEI not MU), he has cut the turn around time down from months to I think the last press release said 10 days. He has sold off their board making company etc and is concentrating soley on PCs now.

Good Luck and lets hope this market stops melting down in the next few weeks. See you here on the long side some day.
