You cite the negatives and draw some doubtful conclusions. (Clinton is suing MSFT to cause a recession and take attention away from his suit? That is a little far-fetched, don't you think. Wouldn't a war with Iraq be a bit more effective?)

MSFT's earnings growth is likely to continue through the next year, with W98 and Office 2000. The real worry is whether NT5 will be there to fill the gap after W98 O2000 run their course.

Does anyone out there have any opinions as to how long the trial or hearing or whatever you call this sideshow would last?? BTW, do they argue this in front of a jury?? Who decides??
