Doc, Obviously the wild cards for TSQD are its Bulletin Board status and its intrinsic value. Your formula value of $1 for TSQD is conservative but it is open to question based on its unprofitable history. I am out of TSQD and believe in the "pure play" Internet investment value of DRIV. I believe that DRIV has the superior business model. I anticipate that there will be quite a few buy recommendations down the pike for DRIV after the "quiet period" ends. I cannot believe that AB priced DRIV at 8 1/2 for a market cap valuation of less than $150 million. I see terrific upside potential for DRIV. Regards. Elliot
