Seems to me that Intel was working on a similar integrated chipset as well.
All I can say is the Cayenne core better really be something special.
With that beefy FPU it still looks good, even against the K6-3.

Pravin,

The MXi graphics w/128 bit SDRAM interface will likely be much faster than the MVP4 AGP graphics. Memory bandwidth is critical for 3D graphics.
