Wiseowl, took this post from off the Yahoo! CADE thread--I offer it as a counter balance to my darker suspicions of why the price is eroding so badly--it is a good post--

As stimulating as it may be to dream up plots where market makers
manipulate prices and ceo's dream up schemes to enrich themselves
at all costs and alien races build elaborate crop circles at night, could
it be, that, given the general pysche of the markets now, there are
simply more sellers than buyers? Today, for instance, less than one
percent of the float traded hands resulting in a roughly seven percent
price decline. Perhaps the nervous investor's are making for the exits
while the spectator investor's have adopted a "wait and see"
philosophy creating a short term order imbalance. At some as yet to
be determined price, greed (i.e. the potential for profit) will
overcome fear and caution. The next 10Q will play a major role in
determining that price. I for one, am pre-positioning myself for that
event. I expect the next "big" move to be up. That's not to say it
won't be preceeded by many "small" moves down. You pays your
money and you takes your chances. That's what makes a market.
BTW, I didn't get my fill today. I'll up my bid and try again
tomorrow.
