In my opinon, it will take 2 to 3 years to settle the case.

So we may have to wait for a long time (unfortunately).

I also think IBM is the best fit of them all.
(hey, they can buy IFMX, and put their lawyers at work)

Acquisition message should have read:
"Everyone knows the books are very "clean" and what a great install base, technology, and significant revenue / profit stream (especially after more cost REDUCTIONS after an acquisition)."
