JM,

I am very impressed with the progress made to date with acquisitions and potential revenues. Anxious to see the deals close for sure!! What would really be dazzling to me would be to see earnings, which should not be that impossible if acquisitions of profitable company's are being made and when we tie in synergies that allow these acquisitions to become even more profitable. This would appear the direction DCTC is heading. While I realize expansion and cost associated with expansion are inevitable if the service of product being offered is in high demand, it takes a good cost benefit analysis to determine when the returns will offset the upfront capital expenditures. I would be interested to know if DCTC considers the cost benefits of their expansion decisions as it relates to payback and what time frames they consider reasonable.

Maybe this is not even considered at the upper management level because of the goal of selling the company off, but the company has stated they continue to run the company regardless of potential buyouts. Just curious I guess.

Maybe I concentrate too much on earnings and profits but to me this is what business is really all about, not SALES!!!

Any thoughts on this? Do you think with acquisitions in place or on line, and control on expansion cost, DCTC can finally bring a positive bottom line due to operations. Would enjoy your input.

Didn't enjoy the convertibles but am still holding long. Think JM has shown impressive progress with little to work with and I think we as shareholders have had to participate in the growing pains of the company. OKAY for me I don't mind "GOOD" long term investments.
