amat at 31.75 bid to buy-32.625 to selll really could go either way-up a doller or down a doller
also, very bullish is research expense went up which to me means always ends in the bottom line in the future. also, if they cut r&d and cost products by 5-10% this quarter instead of increasing eps would have been lot higher. amat smart they know now is the time to increase spending to increase market share.
