Ann,I don't think I am well enough informed on the subject of Chinagate to give you much of an informed response.Did Clinton allow the sale of sensitive material to China in exchange for contributions? I dunno. Just how sensitive was this stuff any way?
Having said that I must say that I think JR is highly principled and indeed follows the law as she sees it.Did she'tag' the Lewinsky matter on to Stars'already full plate? I thought this was mostly Stars' doing she just oked it.Maby I am wrong here. Its' been known to happen before.

The people who respond for the defense are myopic. They keep leaving out the circumstances of the case that are pertinent. After all, Tricky Dick got the most heat for the cover-up.

Now, they seem to think the report to Congress is the only report being delivered. Starr has to also deliver a full report for all of the investigations to the three judge panel, and may deliver same to the House Judicial Committee next year. He still has the contempt case against Susan McDougal among other potential actions which will be in the report for the Whitewater cases. So, the full report would not be ready by September.
