"Saving Private Ryan":

They did an excellent job in showing the horror
of war but I was annoyed that they did not (include)
some words of recognition to those who lost their
lives and served in the war.

That was the whole point of the film.

Mike: re> "Saving Private Ryan" << I've not seen it , will likely
wait till it's ontape. I know Spellberg is great producer, and
can capture and depict a certain aspect very good, but I found
most of his movies over dramatize one angle, at the expense of
others. Still I bought a copy of his Schindler's List, and I don't
buy many films.
