DaiS,

The provissions to help shareholders against a hostile take over would split (or double) your shares thus increasing the share price two fold. I do not know exactly how many of the outstanding shares must be bought in order for another company to force a take over nor I do not know at exactly what trading share price such a take over can be forced. Maybe someone else can help explain.

Only 12 more days of suffering............At this rate we will be at 0 (my price target), but with all my successful shorts I buy 1 extra share so I can put it on the wall of shame.......VVUS will be the next addition.

DAIS...is the hostile takeover going to be somewhere in the range as you stated in post #10461 $360.00 ...That is what you were hyping MUSE sales with a 30 multiple. If so, maybe I should cover the stock I am short and by my calls back (post #11202) and look for a bounce to around lets only use a 15 multiple $150.
