DGIV is still very undervalued. There are some great buys in this market.

yes there are asian concerns, BUT, will people stop using telephones-no, will the govt's eliminate telephones-no, will the population shrink-no, will the use of phones and multi-media communications increase-yes, will deregulation and govt divestment continue at a rapid pace-yes, will someone have to be there to pick up the pieces-yes. will technology and innovation still be king-yes.

so why not dgiv!!!
