I certainly hope there is an SEC investigation of this. Just think
what would happen if this became a trend. I can see it now, 2 CEOs
get together and bet each other a dollar they can drive their stock
price to pennystock status and get delisted first. As far as the
time frame in Ancor's case, remember that Ken's employment contract
had a typo in the options portion which basically changed them from
call equivalents to put equivalents. It is not clear at which point
in time he became aware of this fact and started acting accordingly.
In the case of the more recent hires it is clear they were intended
to be put type options.
